CHALLENGE
In the picturesque village of Dálnok—considered one of Transylvania’s most beautiful—stands the Gaál Mansion, with more than 150 years of history. Our primary goal was to increase awareness of this accommodation, renovated in 2014, not only within Transylvania but also beyond, thereby boosting the number of new bookings.
SOLUTION
Our social media team manages the daily operation of the Gaál Mansion’s Facebook and Instagram pages, where we present the mansion’s history and services, while also promoting current programs and package offers. We regularly launch campaigns encouraging room reservations and send monthly newsletters to returning guests, continuously working on expanding the database.
In the winter of 2024–2025, we also organized press trips to the Gaál Mansion, giving representatives of both Hungarian-language Transylvanian and Romanian media the chance to discover Dálnok’s history and landmarks, the region’s natural beauty, and to experience the comfort services offered by the mansion.
RESULT
Thanks to the press trips, the number of positive, appreciative articles about the mansion increased significantly—helping to build trust among potential guests, many of whom rely on Google search results when making their decisions. Regular and active social media communication ensures that the Gaál Mansion maintains a steady flow of online traffic.
