CHALLENGE
Our client, Várgondnokság Public Nonprofit Ltd., commissioned our team with the comprehensive visual identity design of this unique cultural and event venue. The starting point of the process was the Castle Garden Bazaar logo already in use.

SOLUTION
The original logo depicts a structural element of the building, and our creative team used this concept as the foundation for developing the visual system. The supplementary graphic elements were inspired by the color palette and ornamental motifs found throughout the architectural complex. These influences are reflected in the tile-inspired patterns that appear across publications, leaflets, and outdoor visual surfaces.
Beyond designing official administrative materials, the visual identity system also extended to creative assets for various communication platforms, graphic elements used on social media, and the design of visuals applied to branded merchandise.
Our work did not end there. As part of the National Hauszmann Program, the Buda Castle District is being reborn. We presented its rich historical past through a distinctive medium: we designed a visually striking and informative outdoor “exhibition” displayed on construction fences, complemented by an installation realized along the corridors of the National Széchényi Library.
Designing the wayfinding system for the underground parking facility created within the framework of the National Hauszmann Program required a fundamentally different approach. Due to the complex spatial layout and the shared use of the space by vehicles and pedestrians, we developed a clear and intuitive information system with functionality as its primary focus.
RESULT
There is no greater recognition than the fact that Castle Garden Bazaar has been using the visual identity designed by our team for nearly a decade. The consciously developed graphic motif system and its thoughtful application provide sufficient flexibility to adapt to the needs of diverse events and audiences, while consistently maintaining a unified and coherent visual identity.
