Challenge
The team wanted to reach as many potential sponsors as possible, since both participation in the competition and the preparation period required significant financial resources. The project’s uniqueness—and at the same time its greatest challenge—lay in the complexity of this highly specialized field.
Solution
We designed a new visual identity for the team, accompanied by a modern and practical web design. To increase their visibility, we supported them with press communication tools, ensuring that both professional and general audiences could learn about their achievements. To help the team use social media more effectively, we provided training: members received guidance on the strategic use of platforms and, to make content creation easier, we developed a detailed handbook for them.
We also assisted the team in producing a short film requested by the organizers of the European Rocketry Challenge, allowing them to showcase their innovative project, introduce the team members, and present the preparation process.
Result
BME Suborbitals successfully incorporated a modern, project-specific visual identity into their communication activities. Editorial teams showed great interest in their story, resulting in extensive coverage across national, cultural, educational, and scientific outlets. Team members were also invited to share their experiences and goals in several television and radio programs, highlighting their participation in the international European Rocketry Challenge. The practical advice and handbook provided during the social media training continue to support their long-term online presence and visibility.
