Our client asked us to promote this unique cross-border tourist region.
SOLUTION
We promoted the region with bilingual (Hungarian and Slovakian) Facebook and Instagram campaigns, an image film showcasing the new cycling routes and attractions, a special route guide for cycling tourists, and informative signs placed along the trails. Social media content focused on the construction of new cycle paths and rest areas, the presentation of existing routes, and the promotion of local producers and attractions—positioning the region as a true “cyclist’s paradise.”
Another key goal was to encourage cycling tourists to discover the lesser-known sights of the Ister-Granum Euroregion. To support this, we created a downloadable and printable route guide that could also be easily browsed on mobile devices. With 19 different routes to choose from, visitors could explore the region’s most interesting towns, architectural landmarks, and natural treasures, while also discovering which local foods and drinks were worth tasting.
RESULT
We built an active community of thousands on social media, and through our video content, route guides, and signage we successfully reached both cycling tourists and local residents.
