decisive role in consumer choice. For inspiration, we turned to the ceiling frescoes of the ceremonial hall of the Archiepiscopal Palace in Veszpr\u00e9m. We sought motifs that would connect the wine families to the Archdiocese, while avoiding obvious clich\u00e9s. For this reason, we used only select details from the paintings\u2014primarily angelic and female figures.<br \/>The new wine families were also given names reflecting their ecclesiastical ties: Vesprim Infula (referring to the bishop\u2019s mitre), Mandorla (the halo of light surrounding saints), and 1277 (marking the first historical record of winemaking by the Archdiocese).<br \/><br \/>We also wanted to make the winery\u2014previously almost entirely unknown\u2014visible to a much wider audience. We produced several educational press materials on sustainable winemaking and the latest trends in wine consumption.<\/p><p>At other times, lighter gastronomic topics were the focus of press communication, and in the summer of 2023, we conducted a non-representative online survey on the consumption of Balaton wines.
